The Hail Claim Process:

The first thing we will advise you to do will be to file your claim with your insurance company. Be sure to remember the date, time, and where you were when the damage occurred. They will require these key pieces of information to open the claim. (Don't want to deal with the headache of filing your claim? We can help!)

Your insurance will then schedule a time to examine your vehicle themselves or advise you to take it to a repair facility to get an estimate done.

Bring your vehicle in for the estimate and we will review the extent of the damage, determine the cost of repairs, and the amount of time it's going to take to fix it. (If your insurance has already done a preliminary estimate prior to stopping by AMD, please bring that with you. We will then determine if we can proceed with repairs or file what's called a supplement.)

*A supplement simply means the insurance wasn't able to capture the complete extent of the damage and missed a few things. Capturing damage via videos and pictures is quite difficult and is not the best way to complete an estimate as a lot of damage tends to get overlooked. However, we know that in these unprecedented times of social distancing, it's pretty convenient. That's where we come in and ensure your vehicle is extensively analyzed.

You can then customize your All Mighty Dents Experience. This is where we figure out which options are right for you. Would you like to take advantage of our Claims Assistance? How much deductible relief do you need? (we cover up to $1000!) Will you need a rental vehicle? Do you need a ride from our Courtesy Shuttle? Would you like a free custom vinyl decal?

Once you drop off your vehicle, repairs will begin and your vehicle will be immersed and revitalized as though the damage never happened. We preserve the integrity of your vehicle by using the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) method where applicable. However, If the damage is too severe, we'll replace the panel and paint it. Once all repairs are complete, we clean and detail the vehicle so it is refreshed inside and out. You have the option of receiving updates of the All Mighty process via text message or email during repairs.

Finally, an invoice will be provided for your records to show proof of repairs and our lifetime guarantee.

Waste accumulates there's no doubt about that, but what we do with that waste matters. We understand that in order to preserve our planet, we all need to do our part, which is why All Mighty Dents is eco-conscious. We have a significantly low amount of waste as we save every part and panel we can. However if we do replace something then we dispose of it properly and recycle when applicable. PDR is a safer process because there's no toxic fumes that get emitted into the atmosphere. Traditional body shops use paint and chemicals that are harmful to the environment, we don't!
